Bl die Bayerische climbed 26 positions from 35 to 9 due to its excellent HGB-Deckungsrückstellung. Skandia Lebensversicherung lost 56 positions from 1 to 57 due to its bad Risiko- und Übriges Ergebnis. The biggest company by assets, Allianz Leben, is only ranked at place 49 whereas the smallest company, Itzehoer Leben, is financially stronger at rank 14.
